Podcast Producer & Showrunner
Location: Remote/Hybrid - Atlanta, GA
Compensation: $400/episode (6-episode season)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Podcast Producer & Showrunner to lead the creative and production direction of Out Down South. This person will be an integral member of our team as we create Season 2 of the show, helping to shape its voice, structure, and narrative arc, and ensuring that each episode meets a high creative and technical standard. You’ll work closely with the co-hosts/co-producers in developing the content and flow of each episode, share best practices, and help us shape the vision for Out Down South, both as a piece of public history and as compelling and engaging media!

This is a part-time position of approximately 5 hours a week, primarily remote, though attendance at some in-person meetings in Atlanta is preferred.

This intern will help to create podcast episodes for season 2 of Out Down South, as well as materials for a forthcoming travel exhibition of project materials. This is a part-time position, primarily remote, though attendance at some in-person meetings and events in Atlanta is preferred. The position is approximately 5 hours a week, though commitments will shift in accordance with project timelines, with accommodations made for the intern's personal schedule.
